1. Education only / केवल शिक्षा
Virtual-money practice for learning charts, paper orders and reviewing decisions. This is not a live brokerage. Learning here does not guarantee that you will avoid real-market losses.
चार्ट, पेपर ऑर्डर और फैसलों की समीक्षा सीखने के लिए वर्चुअल पैसे का अभ्यास है। यह लाइव ब्रोकरेज नहीं। अभ्यास वास्तविक बाजार में नुकसान से बचने की गारंटी नहीं है।
2. Virtual funds / वर्चुअल पैसा
Demo balances, profit, loss and fees are simulation entries, not deposits, investments, securities or amounts owed. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed or bank-transferred.
डेमो बैलेंस, लाभ, नुकसान और शुल्क अभ्यास के रिकॉर्ड हैं, जमा, निवेश, प्रतिभूति या आपको देय पैसा नहीं। इन्हें निकाला, भुनाया या बैंक में भेजा नहीं जा सकता।
3. No real orders / असली ऑर्डर नहीं
BUY and SELL create paper records only; no order is routed to Angel One, an exchange or a broker for live execution. Do not provide bank/card/payment details.
BUY और SELL केवल पेपर रिकॉर्ड बनाते हैं। Angel One, एक्सचेंज या ब्रोकर को लाइव ऑर्डर नहीं जाता। बैंक, कार्ड या भुगतान जानकारी न दें।
4. No advice or profit promise / सलाह या लाभ का वादा नहीं
Content and charts are not personalized investment advice, research recommendations, trading calls or an invitation to trade. No profit, target return or performance is promised.
सामग्री और चार्ट व्यक्तिगत निवेश सलाह, रिसर्च सिफारिश, ट्रेडिंग कॉल या ट्रेड का आग्रह नहीं हैं। लाभ, रिटर्न या प्रदर्शन का वादा नहीं है।
5. SEBI status / SEBI की स्थिति
Do not interpret the website, disclaimer or provider connection as SEBI registration, approval or endorsement. No such status is represented here. Educational labels do not replace permissions required for regulated activities.
वेबसाइट, डिस्क्लेमर या डेटा कनेक्शन को SEBI पंजीकरण, स्वीकृति या समर्थन न समझें। यहाँ ऐसा दावा नहीं। शिक्षा का नाम विनियमित गतिविधियों की आवश्यक अनुमति का विकल्प नहीं है।
6. Simulation limitations / अभ्यास की सीमाएँ
Fills, fees, liquidity, margins and cash calculations differ from live markets. Pending limit orders do not auto-match future quotes. Virtual brokerage and GST are simulated costs, not invoices, tax collection or contract notes.
ट्रेड, शुल्क, लिक्विडिटी, मार्जिन और नकद गणना वास्तविक बाजार से अलग हैं। लंबित लिमिट ऑर्डर भविष्य के भाव से अपने-आप मैच नहीं होते। वर्चुअल ब्रोकरेज और GST अभ्यास की लागत हैं, बिल, कर-वसूली या कॉन्ट्रैक्ट नोट नहीं।
7. Data and availability / डेटा और उपलब्धता
Provider data may be delayed, stale, missing or interrupted. Stale quotes may block paper orders. Maintenance or faults can interrupt access; accuracy and continuous availability are not guaranteed.
डेटा देर से, पुराने भाव वाला, अधूरा या बाधित हो सकता है। पुराने भाव पर पेपर ऑर्डर रुक सकते हैं। रखरखाव या त्रुटि से पहुँच रुक सकती है; सटीकता और निरंतर उपलब्धता की गारंटी नहीं।
8. Account security / खाते की सुरक्षा
Give accurate details, use your own account, keep passwords private and log out on shared devices. Do not impersonate others or upload unauthorized photos.
सही विवरण दें, अपना खाता उपयोग करें, पासवर्ड गोपनीय रखें और साझा डिवाइस पर Logout करें। दूसरे की पहचान या अनधिकृत फोटो न उपयोग करें।
9. Acceptable use / उचित उपयोग
Do not bypass authentication, attack the service, access another user's records, upload malware or misuse provider data. Access may be restricted to protect the service from misuse.
लॉगिन सुरक्षा न तोड़ें, हमला न करें, दूसरे का रिकॉर्ड न देखें, हानिकारक फाइल न दें या डेटा का दुरुपयोग न करें। दुरुपयोग से सुरक्षा के लिए पहुँच सीमित हो सकती है।
10. Independent decisions / स्वतंत्र फैसले
Real trades elsewhere are separate decisions that can lose capital. Seek suitably qualified or registered advice when necessary. Virtual performance does not establish future live profits.
बाहर के वास्तविक ट्रेड अलग फैसले हैं और उनमें पूँजी का नुकसान हो सकता है। जरूरत पर योग्य या पंजीकृत सलाह लें। वर्चुअल प्रदर्शन भविष्य के असली लाभ का प्रमाण नहीं है।
11. Mandatory rights / कानूनी अधिकार
Nothing excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. A disclaimer does not excuse fraud, unlawful conduct or applicable privacy duties.
लागू कानून जिन अधिकारों या जिम्मेदारियों को हटाने नहीं देता वे समाप्त नहीं होते। डिस्क्लेमर धोखाधड़ी, गैरकानूनी काम या लागू गोपनीयता दायित्व से छूट नहीं देता।
12. Acceptance and updates / स्वीकृति और बदलाव
Read the Privacy Policy. Every login and registration requires an unticked educational acceptance; successful acceptance records policy version and time. Review changes before accepting again.
